What file should I upload?
A PNG, JPG or PDF. If a picture has a background you don't want, the clean-up tools that appear after you upload can erase it.
How is the price for Custom Embroidered Patches worked out?
From the size and quantity you enter above. The table under the quantity box lists every price break.
Can I order a size between the steps?
Yes. Pick the nearest size and put the exact one in a note under your artwork. We make it to that size at no extra cost.
Will I see a mockup before production?
If you tick the mockup box before adding to cart, we send a digital mockup in 24–48 hours and start production once you approve it.
What is the difference between the backings?
Iron-on bonds to fabric with heat. Velcro comes with both the hook and the loop side and adds $0.25 per piece. Adhesive is peel-and-stick.
